I wanted to let you know how much our whole family is enjoying our new pool! We were impressed from our first meeting with you how much you knew about pools, and with the creative ideas you had for really fitting it to our specific location. We didn't want just a concrete-surrounded rectangle in the middle of our yard, and you helped with a vision for a whole backyard oasis. We were pleasantly surprised when the project was able to go in ahead of schedule, allowing us more of the summer to enjoy swimming. All of your employees and subcontractors were pleasant to work with, and got things done in a timely and efficient manner. (Our boys really loved the way they were encouraged to get right down in the dirt and "help" with the pool installation! We have especially appreciated your quick follow-ups to any questions we have regarding pool maintenance, as we are learning all of this for the first time. As I have visited pool stores to get our water tested and stock up on chemicals, I inevitably hear good things about the quality of your work and your good reputation in the business. That adds to the confidence that we already feel we chose the right company for such a major investment. And finally, your gesture in helping us with the first opening this spring was very generous. It really helped to have someone show us in person how to put things back together the first time. Thank you for helping to create a great place for our family to really enjoy our time together.
